Business Portal

Business Portal is a basic tool for any company using Direct4.me to set up and manage the whole business performed through the system – no matter if it is a last-mile delivery company, eCommerce, fulfillment center, or library.

Manage parcel locker network

A complete overview across all parcel locker locations and D-Spaces installed on each location of the company using the system. All details for each D-Space including parcels, events, and status are available. New locations can be added and modified providing accurate data of location details to all users of Direct4.me.

Parcels

All parcel operations can be managed through Business Portal – from creating parcels to monitoring parcels created via APIs. Each parcel can be assigned to a courier to deliver it or left in an “up for grabs” bucket, where the courier self-assigns the parcel by picking it up and scanning it. Each parcel has a full log of all events – from creation to final delivery.
When Direct4.me Business Portal is used as a standalone solution, parcel import and export are available. Simply import a list in an Excel / CSV format to create parcels in the portal. Any set of parcels can also be exported from the portal to be handled in other systems.

Customer notifications and parcel redirect

Parcels can be directed to D-Spaces either by directly addressing (i.e. parcel locker address / ZIP included in the address on the parcel) or by allowing recipients to redirect every single parcel. Direct4.me system can send out SMS messages with a link to a redirect page, where the customer selects a location of Direct4.me parcel locker to have the parcel delivered.

Users

Each company using Direct4.me is given an administrator with full flexibility to add users with different roles (manager, courier, parcel locker network maintenance, reports).

Reports

Dashboards, parcel reports, parcel locker reports… various reports to be on top of the business at any time.

Customer support

Business Portal is also a tool for your customer support, providing all necessary information to track parcel events and to help customers pick up or drop off parcels.

Multi-language

When deploying the Direct4.me system, the portal is localized to a specific language of the country.
