Direct4.me is offering various options to pick up and send parcels, including the Direct4.me User Mobile App and an Interactive Voice Response Phone Service.

To further extend the range of options, we now added a "Web parcel pickup" as well. By clicking on a link in the delivery notification (i.e., SMS, WhatApp, Viber, or similar) and following the instructions on the opened website, users can get their parcels without any registration or downloading the app.
